Machinery park meets all the criteria of a progressive biaxial or three-axial machining for turning and milling technology. All the mentioned machines have FANUC control system, with the use of NURBS interpolation, which allows to treat the smooth machined sufaces that require only little completion in the short time (use of high-speed machining).
Technology department is equipped with CAD/CAM software: CAD software IRONCAD- volume modeler, CAM software - AlphaCAM, which uses the above mentioned NURBS surface. It is possible to load external CAD file format: IGES, VDA, DXF, DWG,ANVIL, STL, STEP, STL, Parasolid, RHINOCEROS, Catia.
Transferring programs to CNC machines from PC and vice versa Ethernetom, network standard, which moreover allows the rapid transmission of data over local area network (LAN), remote diagnostics.
