PRODUCTION division

Since 2005, we have extended the activities on the production of precision metal components. Our aim is to address customers' needs comprehensivelyand flexibly.

Our offer of services includes security cooperation operations (heat treatment, surface treatment - zinc, blacking, phosphating etc.). 

Our another services offer are material cutting, horizontal drilling, grinding, gearing production, production of the grooves in the holes.

Machinery park meets all the criteria of a progressive biaxial or three-axial machining for turning and milling technology. At the moment we are in high precision machining centers BMC 1020 and Fanuc Robodril . The lathes of our machinery park include  Tornado T8, Tornado T6M, Tornado T4,  BTA 300, ALPHA 1350S .

All machines have FANUC control system, with the use of NURBS interpolation, which allows us to treat the smooth machined surfaces that require only little completion in the short time (use of high-speed machining).

Currently, we are able to offer also the possibilities of single-part, small batch nad large series production. With those latest technologies, we are ready to implement all requirements of the customer to produce rotation and shape components.

Our aim is primarily to continuously increase efficiency and productivity. We try to achieve it through improving existing technology equipment by reducing time, the appropriate choice of tools and technological manufacturing process. In this process we very closely cooperate with the construction department, where we are motivated by our application engineers of MACHINE TOOLS division with their proposals and ideas.

PRODUCTION division has also started to manufacture own products. It should be a core part of this division and help the new direction of its operation.

The company BOST SK decided to extend the measuring workplace on measuring portal machine WENZEL, which has a measuring range in mm: X: 800, Y: 1500, Z: 700, maximum error of measurement in space MPEe=2,5 + (L/300) µm. The coordinate measuring machine X-ORBIT is characterized by high precision and uses many innovative technologies.
